Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform.

Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the seller(s) or merchant(s) and the shipping process has begun or the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.
  • In case of any refunds approved by RNR Progressive Solutions Pvt. Ltd., it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to the original payment method.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The goods are in their original packaging.

We offer returns within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed, you will not be offered a return or refund of any kind.

To become eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return.

Certain categories of products/items may be exempted from returns or refunds. These categories will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

For accepted return requests, once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt and approval status. If approved after quality check, your return will be processed in accordance with our policies.
