You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner and its affiliates against all claims, penalties, and liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (force majeure events).

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi and Delhi.
